So Sasquatch Sunset transcends what seemed would likely just be its silly novelty of a premise and manages to be at times hysterically funny, incredibly weird and genuinely moving.

Just from the fact that it probably made me laugh harder than anything I've seen in ages, I probably would have been pretty keen on it. Thankfully it was more than just that though. The kind of movie that makes me have hope.
