Of course they're going to try and tamp down on this. Just on how easy it is to incorporate corporate logos into these works is going to make them a heat seeked target of copyright laws. It's obviously a very hazy line where ownership over certain things in the arts begins, but lawyers are trying to push it towards a place where you can't use fucking anything for anything, and for the sake of art that can't happen....even though it will.
